I haven't heard of any really good players ever coming out of the Akron/Canton area. Probably a dud.

Staff member watching Clarke was Chris Jans. I've already mentioned that Ross Travis is another scheduled for looks during this trip. Chris will end the week at the Dallas Juco Jamboree where he will have around 50 teams to watch.

BOBB could be right about Clarke but his recruiting has picked up and a well known recruiting guru from Ohio is calling him a hot prospect.

          he was kidding.

He knows for a fact that there has never been any good basketball players come out of Akron Ohio.

I of course am kidding now.

I forgot about that guy. Clarke is definitely a dud in comparison.

WSU said to be "on him hard." Offer from Toledo and one on the way from Kent State.

One thing I think we can be pretty sure of is he won't going to Creighton to play for Dana.

I'm here working this tournament and saw this kid play. He is a bit thin, but he really handles the ball well. He does a nice job against pressure too. 8)

Is still planning on visiting Creighton, but St. Bonaventure, Toledo, and Wright State are his leaders.
