  • Daylon Guy -- Class of 2010

Daylon Guy, a 5-8 PG from Fort Worth (TX) Eastern Hills, has an offer from Texas State, UT-Arlington, and SMU. He also reports interest from Tulane, Wichita State, Oregon, Arkansas, and Alabama.

“The rebellion on the populist right against the results of the 2020 election was partly a cynical, knowing effort by political operators and their hype men in the media to steal an election or at least get rich trying. But it was also the tragic consequence of the informational malnourishment so badly afflicting the nation. ... Americans gorge themselves daily on empty informational calories, indulging their sugar fixes of self-affirming half-truths and even outright lies.'

For Team Texas Elite, Phil Pressey grabs most of the headlines in the backcourt, and rightfully so, but Daylon Guy is also a very good player. Guy is small, but he can absolutely shoot the lights out, and is also quick enough to get into the lane. Guy led Team Texas with 18 points in a morning blowout victory.

Awsome. He was one of the toughest defensive players Tulsa ever had. If his son has a wingspan like his dad, think of what a backcourt that would look like with KM and his wingspan.
