He plays AAU with Illinois Titans.

According to Rivals you can add Indiana to the list as well.

        He continues to impress:
unofficially scoring 30 points, grabbing 12 rebounds and even blocking a few shots for good measure. It was an impressive outing for the 6-foot-6 forward, however schools still seem to be waiting for something with him.

The only things to wait for are a couple of inches of growth (which probably won't happen) or to show more of his expanded perimeter game. Those in the know of Illinois recruiting think they will offer very soon. If they do, don't be surprised if Siakam takes them up on the offer. His H.S. and AAU coach (it's the same person and pretty much the same team members) has close ties with Weber.

He impressed a lot of Big 10 teams but it's still a wait and see about offering. Illinois is perhaps more of a question than some thought.

There's some talk on the SIU message board of Siakam possibly reclassifying to 2010. I don't know where the original information came from.

On the other hand, some think a reason for Illinois not offering may be due to questions about transfering his grades from another country to the US.

Gee, I don't know why they would have such concerns since it has worked so well for Orupke.

Let's give him the last '10 skollie anyway and then redshirt him.

Vanderbilt has been thought to be his favorite for awhile and he has now committed to them.
