AAU Tournament in Lawrence

My son is watching an AAU tournament this weekend in Lawrence with great high school teams from all around the country including the Atlanta Celtics. I wonder if Greg or a staff member is up hear because their are players from the next four classes up here including a couple of KU signees.

WSU was probably represented at the Hensley also in Ft. Wayne. We and some other MVC schools (the Bluejays are one of them) are on to Frank Williams who plays for Spiece MoKan out of KC.
Haven't found much info on him, so not posting his own thread at this time. Perhaps somebody will track down info on him.

I haven't checked out the games in Lawrence but figured a Tevor led Pump & Run would have a hard time defending their home town championship with stiffer competition this year. In their coverage of the tournament, Scout doesn't mention us as in the mix for Trevor. Mostly big 12 schools. I still think he is going to play D-1 football however.

I'm not aware of anyone on the current Celtics' team who has attention from the Shockers. But more than likely there are a few.

I'm not currently aware of anyone on the ATL Celtics we're in on. But considering we've recruited 3 or 4 in the last two years I'm pretty sure we're poking around.
