Wright State recruiting page has a lot of good pics, stats, and info on Samuels. However, didn't see anything regarding WSU in the stories.

I don't know if this is a case of mistaken WSU identity or not. The article listed both Wichita State and Wright State, so it seems unlikely that Wichita State was accidentally used in place of Wright State.

Then again, maybe you are on to something and both Wright State and Weber State are after him. ;-)
