Doesn't say much for C-USA as a conference...that a team that has won 50 games in the past two years can't get a sniff at the NCAA tourney, but I'm sure their "body of work" just doesn't stack up to the mediocre middle of the BCS conferences.... :whistle:

Tyler has drawn interest from St. Bonaventure, Duquesne, UAB, Tulane, Tulsa and perhaps other Conference USA schools. He is best friends of Leonardo Davis who is the point guard on his high school team. The Shockers had interest in him and Leonardo and Tyler talked about going to college together.

Bringing a recruit in for a visit this time of year almost equals an offer. Being excited about visiting is close to accepting an offer. Chances of Tyler being a Shocker appear very high.

I know he hit some big 3s this season but don't know his percent.

All I see from him is a redshirt. He is not going to get much playing time with Murray, Kyles, Hatch and Hannah.

I'm a little surprised he is a SG and not a PG. Perhaps he projects as a combo. If he plays the point he would be Reggie's replacement.

Either position it seems unlikely he can replace the top two at each position we now have. Kyles and Murray at two guard and Hannah and KJ at the point. I believe we need players at the 3 position. We are full at the guards

I found one article on him that had him hitting 6 threes in a game. He appears to be a lefty. Not sure if his outside shooting was a fluke that game or something he can continually do. I'm hoping it was more of the norm
