During coaches show yesterday Marshall breifly mentioned that he had just spoken to X about a good shooting guard his sons plays with. Anybody know who this might be?

All I know is coach Marshall said it was a small guard in Columbia. I thought he said he was around the same age as X's sons. How old are his sons? Maybe we need to look at them, too.

By the way, X's daughter's team won their 4-A state title 53-22 in the most lop-sided 4-A title game in SC history. They start two freshmen, including X'x daughter, and three sophmores.

From what i can tell he has a son named Xavier McDaniel JR but thats all I could find. Irionically I found this in a story about another XMJ that was murdered and in the story they point out that this wasn't the NBA's Xavier McDaniels son.

It's in the first paragraph that is also in bold found here

Yes, I found those also. I also found much info on his daughter's team's remarkable run (and one that will continue based upon looks of it).

I think Jody should just offer all 5. Sign them early and get going!!

I thought her team started 3 FR and 2 SO. Anyway, the young McDaniel is a FR.

I saw a picture of the Spring Valley HS boys team and there was a Dontra McDaniel. I can't find a roster that says who's who and what year and height and position and all of that.

He was not on any of the rosters I saw for Spring Hill this year.
