Hamilton leaves UMKC basketball team

UMKC sophomore guard Reggie Hamilton has left the Kangaroos’ basketball program. He asked for and was granted a release from his scholarship.
Hamilton was second on the team in scoring with a 12.6 average. The Kangaroos have nine regular-season games left.

Hamilton scored in double figures in 15 of the 21 games he played and had five games in which he scored more than 20 points
