More corroboration: His name has been removed from the roster at OhioBobcats.com.“The rebellion on the populist right against the results of the 2020 election was partly a cynical, knowing effort by political operators and their hype men in the media to steal an election or at least get rich trying. But it was also the tragic consequence of the informational malnourishment so badly afflicting the nation. ... Americans gorge themselves daily on empty informational calories, indulging their sugar fixes of self-affirming half-truths and even outright lies.'”

Well, WSU has a very welcoming walk-on program! He could RS this year and get some minutes in the future for his hometown team, and as far as D-I goes, it doesn't get much closer to home than the Shox!
Even as a walk-on, his tuition would likely be cheaper than at a school like Friends (where a full athletic scholarship is equivalent to roughly 40% of tuition). Maybe Washburn or ESU would be his preference, but I'd love to have him here. Of course there is always the possability that he just didn't like Ohio and will find a D-I somewhere else.Livin the dream

EDIT: Check that, it would bring us up to 19 players, since James Anacreon is listed on goshockers yet."Cotton scared me - I left him alone." - B4MSU (Bear Nation poster) in reference to heckling players

I was searching for junior varsity teams and saw that North Carolina has one. Only non-scholarship players can be on the team. Anyone going to North Carolina can try out for the team and play on it for two years. If they're good enough, they could be given a scholarship to play varsity basketball the final two years.
So what do we have right now, about 6-7 walk-ons?
