Except for WSU has been showing up in alot of lists that look like that. I don't believe Centenary would, but since I don't follow them, who knows.

Outler has taken recent unofficials to Texas A&M and Texas. He also wants to check out Baylor, Marquette and Kansas. Scout considers him in 2010s top 5 in Texas.

Texas A&M is his only offer and they his his current favorite. He has been to their elite camp and has also been there two other times. They will be hard to beat. Texas, Marquette, Iowa State and WSU were the other schools mentioned in the article.

Outler has a great understanding of how to handle the ball. He has good court vision and can slash to the rim.
