  • It is most likely that Antoine Carr was better and will always have been better than Perry Ellis will ever be.

You continue to challenge the patience of all who enjoy a spirited discussion on this board.

      Hopefully you will either:

      A) Go away.
      B) Grow a brain.
      C) At least obtain some basic grammar skills.

Btw, does 0624 signify that you fell off the turnip truck at 6:24 this morning?

Seriously, I think 0624 is still in junior high... not far removed from his mothers tit (I believe we can say 'tit' here?).

            • "Offer"

I wasn't aware that formal scholarship offers are even allowed to 9th graders.

                • KU offering Ellis as a ninth grader has nothing to do with our chances. They were bound to offer him sometime. And if he goes somewhere other than KU, their offer will have nothing to do with us not getting him. The future growth, or lack there of, of WSU's basketball program will have more to do with it than anything.

                  • If he goes out of state, I would guess it would be Memphis since his sister goes there or went there. I don't know if she's already graduated from there yet or not.

                      Is this old news?

Housing prices coming down too, KC.

I would like someone to explain exactly what has NOT happened in Wichita before.

Hey man, I saw the article and posted it. The recruiting thread has so many names of so many recruits that will never come to WSU I don't have time to read through every page to see what's old and what's new.

                      Just sayin'.

                      • Hutch High somehow limited Ellis to 3 FG attempts and 6 points, beating Heights in the Mac tourney, 51-50.

                        • what is it about hutch sports? they are good at everything. bet alot of good coaching and they have a program that the kids run in whatever sport they play from the time they are begin playing til they get done with high school

                          • Fuball, the win over Heights improved Hutch to 3-5 on the year so it's not like they are tearing it up in basketball this year. They are definately a football powerhouse, but basketball, save for a few years earlier this decade, is another story.

                            • well beating heights is a pretty good win isnt it. i dont get to follow high school sports as much as i would like but isnt height doing pretty well this year.

even at 3-5 i bet they are pretty competitive and dont kill themselves. they prolly just lack athletically.

and they are usually a powerhouse in baseball as well.
