    Mike Green -- Class of 2010

    From the Charleston newspaper ...

    Several major college coaches have stopped by Ridge View to check on 6-8 junior Mike Green according to coach John Combs. Coaches from USC, Clemson, Auburn, Winthrop, Wichita State and Virginia Tech are showing interest.

    Green was a sub last year as a soph and thus didn't appear on Rivals and Scout sites. That will probably change soon, as he is said to have had a big summer.

      Michael Green

      Michael is a 6’8 junior forward/center who is coming on strong. Last season he averaged 4 rebounds and 3 blocks per game in a reserve roll. An outstanding summer is drawing him looks from South Carolina, Clemson, Virginia Tech, Wichita State and other D-1 programs.

        Michael Green had a good first tournament game ...

        18 pts / 10 reb. / 7 blocks ..... 8-8 from the field with only 1 foul in a win.
