Can someone with a Rivals or Scout account see if they can find anything on James Tyler? He is a 7'1 360 lb center out of Bradenton FL. He is a 2008 guy who I believe is yet to commit.

Nothing on him since he was given the boot from the Patterson School in 2007.

He is not listed among the top 15 Florida players for 2008. He will be attending Pendleton School (K-12) on the campus of IMG Academy.

Listed as "7'1" and a REAL WIDE body. Runs the floor OK for his size. Attending IMG will improve his overall conditioning and polish his post moves."

At 7-1, 360, if he can run the floor at all he runs well for his size.

For comparison's sake, Shaq is 7'0" tall, 325lbs. He was 286lbs as a LSU Freshman.

Somehow it's hard to imagine the same coaching staff that has been working since pretty much the dawn of time, fighting its way through diplomatic channels and the NCAA bureaucracy, not to mention dealing with a country where corruption is the rule rather than the exception in its attempt to bring to WSU a great but raw talent (and apparently solid student) like Orukpe, suddenly shifting its focus to a Paul Wight Jr. who gets kicked out of prep school.
