Gantt is a 6-3 SG from Gainsville Hi in Gainsville, Florida. His AAU team is Florida Elite. He can put on a shooting clinic from long range which he did at the Kentucky Hoopfest but can also show strong athletic drives to the rim. WSU is among a very long list of interested schools. Others from the Valley are Indiana State, Northern Iowa and Evansville. Non Valley schools with interest are Nebraska, Florida State, Stanford, Penn State, Miami, Marshall, Jacksonville and Colorado State. Last winter a few others gave him a look. They were schools such as UCLA, Florida and Purdue.
Nationally he is still considered a sleeper and has no known offers. But Scout has mentioned him twice now as really lighting it up. He will end up with several offers. We will just have to see from who.
