7' 235 F. Friendswood (TX) Friendswood. Class of '09 **
He was in the class of '08 and someone we recruited before he committed to TCU. A coaching change has lead him to change his mind and attend prep school and will be reclassified to '09.
According to Rivals his only offers were from TCU and UTA. But he was recruited by 0U, Tulsa and Wichtia State. He may be someone to continue to keep an eye on.
Texas Hoops Analysis: JAMES is a long and thin paint player with good skills and a soft touch out to 18 feet. He runs the floor well, competes on the boards, contests shots in the paint and will mix it up physically on the low block. He has a nice tough on the low block, works well on the offensive glass and can step out and hit the face up jumper. He will have to add a lot of weight and strength to physically compete in the college game but he has the skills and competitiveness to succeed.
