    Tyrell Jones 6'2 PG 2019 to Auburn

    Wichita State is heavily recruiting 6'2 point guard Tyrell Jones out of Orlando, Florida in the 2019 class. Tyrell runs with the Showtime Ballers on the Adidas circuit. He holds offers from South Florida, James Madison, Florida International, Tennessee Tech and Stetson. Interest is coming from WSU, Xavier, Florida, Louisville, K-State, Dayton, UCF and FGCU.

      This is a 2019 kid .. we'd be losing SHJ in this class.

            I'm sure the one scholarship that is currently open for next year will go to a point guard

              We have two Seniors this year so we have at least two open scholarships.

              One of them has a commitment. That being said, I’m not so sure the other goes to a pg.

              Offered by WSU today. Didn't see this one coming, as it appeared Donnie Jones was the main recruiter with Tyrell.

              Kid had a big last week earning about a dozen new offers.

                I would not be surprised to see us pick up another CG. Especially if the kid can handle the ball and distribute the rock.
