Amadou Sow is a 6'9 power forward/center from Napa, California originally by way of Mali. Amadou plays for Prolific Prep in Nevada and runs with the EYBL champion Oakland Soliders, he averaged 9.7 points and 7 rebounds per game while shooting 56% from the field. He's rated #191 in his class by 247, received an 80-grade from ESPN along with 3-stars by Rivals and Scout. This is what the ESPN Scouting Report said on Amadou.
"Sow is a chiseled 4/5 with very long arms and is a bouncy athlete. He runs well in transition and appears to have a nose for the ball in the paint area. He gets most of his points attacking the offensive glass and finishing in transition."
They could be wrong, but I couldn't estimate his arm length from the video.

I would hesitate to say that about his arm length just from estimating on video. I did a search and couldn't find any arm length listed, but several places described Amadou, as long and athletic. He may not have long arms but I think you may be wrong about his arms being short.
