  • Colin Castleton 6'11 C 2018 to Michigan

Here's a name to keep an eye on... Colin Castleton a 6'11 center from Daytona Beach, Florida appears to be a Donnie Jones recruit. Colin was playing for Nike South Beach on the Nike EYBL circuit; averaging an impressive 6.2 points, 6.9 rebounds and 2.4 blocks in just 13 minutes per contest. Colin has offers from Illinois, Clemson, Georgia, FGCU, Rutgers, South Florida and several other lower-tier programs. 247 Sports is the only service that has a profile on Colin. He averaged 23 points, 11 rebounds and 5.5 blocks for Father Lopez HS in Florida as a junior.

Bears a resemblance to former Gator Andrew DeClercq.

Yes please. Kind of surprised his offer list isn't longer.

He certainly appears to be multi-dimensional in his offense. Shoots out to the 3, confident in driving to the hole or kicking out, and has more than one shot around the bucket. While he may have reasonable speed, his hops didn't appear that strong, but, then, he is 6'10"/6'11" so he has no problem getting above the rim. Looks like his frame can handle (and need) bulk and strength.
