Louisville transfer Jay Henderson was at Ohio St today on visit when everything went down. Said also looking at Wichita st, Prov, ODU, WKU.

His stats at Louisville leave a little to be desired. http://www.espn.com/mens-college-bas.../jay-henderson

Interesting situation. Went to St. John's first. After Lavin was fired he walked on at Louisville. Good player out of high
school from Orlando, Florida. Was being recruited by high major schools out of high school

"Never" is close enough -- he's played about half as many minutes his first two years as JR Simon did in his first two with WSU.

Even granting that the Shocks had a lot more garbage time than Louisville did, that still doesn't bode well for his ability to garner playing time here in the future.

He's walked on everywhere so far, hasn't he? He can certainly walk on here.

If he wanted to be a walk-on for four years, he could have stayed at Louisville.

Whatever. My post was no endorsement of Henderson. :hopelessness:

Never is never and certainly could imply other problems. Injuries, head case, lack of work ethic. Given that it appears he played (very sparingly) throughout the season and was a walk-on at Louisville at least rules out these type of things. Yes, I believe we can do better, probably much better.
