Wichita State is showing interest in 6'10 Jalen Shaw from Elgin, Illinois according to NY2LA. Jalen holds offers from Southern Illinois and Illinois-Chicago. He's hearing from WSU, Boise St, St. Joe's, West Virginia, Tulsa, UAB and several other lower-tier programs. I agree, a little off topic, but all you had to do was watch the Rockets/Spurs game last night and you would see this clearly. Popovich is an AFA graduate. Wants his players to be VERY tough. DiAntoni needs to get the softness out of James Harden.

Pop coaches at a pro level like Huggy and HCGM. Mental toughness can make all the difference, especially when a coach knows how to train those types up to be leaders.

I was on a bike at the Y on Wed when 1st take had a piece of the Rockets, Spurs series. They showed Ginobli making a number of outstanding plays includling one at the very end where he blocked a Rocket shot from behind. Ginobli is apparently the oldest player in the NBA.

1st Takes read on the different between the 2 teams is that the Spurs have more depth.

WSU still working hard on Jalen, along with West Virginia and Illinois. If Huggy and Underwood want this kid, he probably doesn't lack toughness.
