According to 247 Sports, Wichita State is showing interest in 6'5 combo guard Jabari Rice from Missouri City, Texas. Jabari was planning to use a prep year, but has stated he may sign if the right offer comes available. He recently picked up an offer from UMass. LSU and Miami are also rumored to be interested. Jabari is running with the Houston Defenders (same team as Miller Kopp and Morris Udeze) on the UAA circuit currently; averaging 13 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists per game. He holds a 1.25/1 A:TO ratio and is shooting 41% from three and 80% from the free-throw line.
