SHU transfer Quincy McKnight tells me he's drawn interest from Miami, Wichita St, Western Kentucky, PSU, Monmouth, Creighton, & Seton Hall.

Sit one play two transfer. Averaged 19 ppg for SHU last season. http://www.espn.com/mens-college-bas...uincy-mcknight

Haaaaaaaaaaard pass. His o-rating would have only been better than Eric and barely CJ on this years team of scholarship players, and his defense would have been the worst by a lot. 95-146 assist to turnover ratio, no, that's not backwards.

Sacred Heart transfer Quincy McKnight tells me he's considering BC, St. Bonaventure, and Santa Clara. Also visits Penn State on 5/15.

Shocks02 is reporting the same thing that I used to comment on in trop's work: namely, the casual correlation between who a player is considering or reports as his "finalists," and where he actually ends up committing. McKnight is just the latest example.

Says Rothstein: "Sacred Heart transfer Quincy McKnight tells me he's considering BC, St. Bonaventure, and Santa Clara. Also visits Penn State on 5/15."

Reports 02: "Commits to... (oops, none of the above)... Seton Hall."

No one knows where most guys are going -- themselves included, it often seems -- until the decision is actually made. And in the case of McKnight, now that the signing period is over, he could STILL change his mind. Not that I particularly want him as a Shocker; I just find the fluidity, shall we say, of the decision-making process amusing.
