Technically, the last day for signing is whenever the last day a student can enroll for classes is, if I'm not mistaken.

It's probably not anywhere here because it's not that common. Some players sign late, but technically I think they could show up on campus as long as they completed the scholarship paperwork and were enrolled on time. But again, that's VERY rare.

EDIT: A better explanation can be found in the below post by @shockmonster:

Last day to sign was a couple of weeks ago. Players now will give non-binding verbal commitment until they begin to attend a class. Then they are tied to transfer rules.

Is it when they first attend a class or when they have enrolled. Not much difference but I was thinking once enrolled they are locked in.

My guess would be when they sign a financial aid agreement.

A financial aid agreement isn't binding like an LOI. If the player decides not to enroll and go somewhere else he is free to do so.

I could be wrong but i think that eligibility is tied to attending classes. Technically, no money has been spent until classes are attended.

That would require an extraoradinary amount of thinking. Are you up to the task? ;) Lol I kid of course...

This Rivals article mentions Miller Kopp. Seems like his recruitment may come down to Northwestern, Vandy and WSU. If this kids wants to win like he says he does then it shouldn't be a tough decision. https://basketballrecruiting.rivals....stern-maryland
