The kid was 5'11'' last year in high school and played JV last year. Im from the area and LSW has a lot of talent WSU should go after. WSU has also had one of his teammates on a visit in Mario Goodrich.

Christian Bishop - 2018 4 Star Small forward for Lee's Summit West (Lee's Summit, MO) on Rivals.com

I might add that Rivals recently added Christian to their Top 150. Sounds like he's had a great spring so far. Eric Bossi compared his game to that of UNC's Justin Jackson. Bossi, who resides in the Kansas City area, usually has KC-area players ranked higher than the other services.

Big time talent. Closer to 6'9, has a perimeter game and guard ball-handling skills due to his recent growth spurt. Kid could be the type of in-out 4 we need for 2018.

Bishop was mentioned on KC radio yesterday morning. Missouri bb and Cuonzo was the segment. Bishop is undervalued according to the expert and the discussion centered around whether Cuonzo would go national for a big name or regional for a Bishop. The expert really liked Bishop. His rating of upper 130's is low for how good he is. It made it sound like he is Missou's to lose if they want him.

Then why the eff would he take an unofficial to KU? Seems to me that loyal Mizzou peeps would frown upon that.

Aside from the anomaly of Mizzou being an actually scary team next year, he's from KC not too far from Lawrence and maybe he doesn't share the same loyalty as his parents. Hopefully he doesn't because if not we're probably not in the running anyway.

Hopefully, he realizes that he is Plan B for KU and maybe for Mizzou too. If he senses he's Plan A for the Shockers, he may put us first.

Top-40 prospect Jeremiah Tilmon just signed with Missouri. So Cuonzo Martin has added a 5-star and two 4-stars since taking over March 15th.

So who all is leaving Mizzou. They had only 1 senior on last years roster and 15 players had minutes last year. I have them with 4 new recruits, Porter 5*, Tilmon 4*, Harris 4*, and Roberts 4*. I doubt they had 5 walk-ons, but probably 2.

My impression of Cuonzo as a coach is not very favorable. He generally has the opposite effect on players as Greg Marshall. He has the ability to coach them down from what I have observed in the past.

Porter's younger brother might also reclassify to next year 2017 as well.

Ivan Rabb, Cuonzo player, was projected as a lottery pick in last year's draft. He decided to stay for another year and work on his game and is now projected late first round to early second round. Still an NBA player, but another year Cuonzo hurt his game
