    He's a nice shooter. He would be a decent haul for any D1 school. But for our needs at this point he is more of a luxury than a necessity. I can't speak for Chris Mack and Xavier. And it wasn't just them, I believe he had an Arkansas offer too. They clearly see something that I don't.

    I saw some thread on BearNation where it was suggested that he might be the best player to ever come out of SW Missouri. I almost fell out of my chair. If I cared enough and still had the ability to post over there I would have dispelled that notion quickly.

        That's an interesting question. There are several that come to mind. John Brown, who was from the tiny town of Dixon and played for Norm Stewart. Greg Cavener from Springfield Parkview had a great HS career. Deven Mitchell is pretty high up. Also Anthony Tolliver who was Deven's HS teammate. There might be a few from Joplin that I am missing too. Joe Kleine who was from some small town right on the Arkansas/Missouri border had a pretty good NBA career. People forget about him.
