I wouldn't put 7 ppg in the Cle Early class. He has a ways to go before he is there, but Willis = Hall, yes.

Not sure if this has been posted elsewhere and I apologize if it has, but I think it's appropriate to share the link here considering it was Smith's monster jam they're writing about:

Early averaged 25.5/40 over his first 11 games. Diashon might surprise you. 17.6/40. While not in Cle territory, taking all the weapons DS is on the floor with, it is respectible. And now we can see that he is starting to come into his own. I wouldn't be so quick to write him off.

Not writing him off at all. I think he looks great! As you so astutely pointed out, he's not in Cle territory, or even close to it. Cle was an AA at WSU. Daishon is unlikely to be second team All-MVC.

not in cle territory scoring wise but he doesnt have to be to be the same level of player cle was.

Is Daishon going to be an All-American this year? First team All-MVC?

                Colby was a D-1 transfer.

was cle an AA his first year? And who is a better PG in the MVC? Daishon is the best on this team, which team is better at gaurd than WSU?

Seriously, Daishon is very good. You think he is Cle good. Cle was First team All-MVC as a junior. Daishon isn't close to that good right now and everything you've posted demonstrates that. He's actually much closer (almost identical) to Ragland and Ben Smith as a junior than he is to Cle. Either admit you were wrong or keep hammering your delusions home with rebuttals; I don't care anymore.

Somewhat of an unusual career path. Kadeem played his Freshman and Sophomore seasons at Odessa (Texas) Junior College and Daytona (Florida) Junior College. He played his Junior season at Louisiana-Lafayette before transfer to WSU. Sitting out a year before playing his final season of eligibility as a Shocker in 2013-14 which turned out to be decent year for the Shocks.

Not a lot of guys who use up their 4 years of eligibility at 4 different schools and Kadeem is probably the only one who landed on and contributed to a team that went 35-1 in his final year.

                      • Ragland didn't do much at all the first half of his Jr. year and he exploded his Sr. year. I'd say Smith is ahead of Ragland at this point. If he has a Sr year like Ragland, he's first team, and possibly POY candidate.

                        • It's all about consistency with Smith. If he can bottle up what he did to OU he will absolutely be first team MVC.

.....but, statistically speaking, you miss 99% of the shots you do take.
