"I not sure that I've ever been around a more competitive player or young man than Fred VanVleet. I like to win more than 99.9% of the people in this world, but he may top me." -- Gregg Marshall 12/23/13 :peaceful:

Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".

A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."

One left if Peyton and Conner go on scholarship.

VerbalCommits shows him as a Sophomore along with Connor. Does that mean he plays at TCC this season and then has two to play? It looks like he still has a redshirt year available.

I hope he learns how to spell the name of his new school.

Does this make sense to anyone?

                  I make no such assumptions.

Not to me. The level of recruits we've been getting has been a little higher than this. Stephen F Autsin and La-Monroe were his other offers? Must be a lock-down defender.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

                      That's my understanding.

It doesn't not make sense. He's a mid-sized scoring PG that averaged good numbers off the bench. I expect he will have a good sophomore season and folks will be excited he's here once he gets going.

It is a little puzzling on the surface, but we do always praise Marshall for his ability to find players before they "blow up". The key to finding players before they blow up, is just that. It will be interesting to see what kind of season he has at the juco level this year.

Scoring 18 and 25 in a couple of the games for Tallahassee in their jamboree in not shabby. He looks like he can get into the lane, is athletic, fast and a very good defender.

Juco season has already started with jamborees. He's done very well. In fact, so well he got, and accepted a Shocker offer.
