Experts are saying that he's the highest rated basketball recruit to commit to Penn State since the 80's.

Penn State's last two classes (2015, 2016) have been really tough by their standards. They're bringing in a lot of tough players with defined strengths from proven HS basketball conferences. Could definitely see them making the NCAA tournament in a couple of years.
