Seems to have a problem with free throws.

          Stats:
          http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/player/_/id/56297/willy-kouassi
Played 19.3 minutes per game in 27 games. Had 41 TO's . 42% FT shooter. 46.7% from the floor. Did block a few shots. 1.3 per game.

I think either Nurger or Wamukota could have done that well against the level of competition Kennesaw State faced.

They would have done better. Kennesaw St. was awful and their OOC SoS was around 280. Willy had 9 games with 4 or more fouls, 18 with 3 or more.

If we're really in on this guy, more people are leaving, right? Seeing this pop up, being a 2015 recruit that we are showing interest in (if true) answers the question of whether or not we are done recruiting bigs for next year.

There are only a couple scenarios where a 1 year transfer big with marginal stats makes any sense. My first thought is that based on the rest of his list, maybe he would be a walk on for us. My second thought is that he is a plan B-E on the real recruits list in HC3Gv3.3's head. If we are really recruiting an average, but large, very experienced big, does that not seriously imply it is to replace another one year big (juco) on our roster?

You guys are asking the wrong question.
WSU is looking to sign a big this spring.

The question is, of the ones WSU is looking at, is this the best one available?

if this is the best available, I'd rather ride the horses we have, at least they've been in the system for a year.

^This 100%. It seems it takes at least one year for even the three star guys to figure out 3G's system. I believe BW and RN will be much improved in year two of their Shocker career.

I agree with this. I look at his list and our current roster and all I can think is we've probably offered him a walk on spot on a title hunt team and its up to him if he wants to go out in a blaze of glory or go somewhere else with a scholarship and good minutes.

This guy is a shotblocker, though.
