Hey guys, just wanted to provide an update on Barton Community College freshman 6-foot-8 forward Eddie Hunt, who impressed the Wichita State coaching staff at a scrimmage on campus today.

Good frame. Good feet. Looks quick. Good first step. Good hops. Good passer. Looks strong. Probably closer to 6'-6" than 6'-8"...but not too shabby. Good that the shocks are looking at him.

He was an academic non-qualifier. He was headed to prep school but opted for Juco instead.

I thought it was odd he went back east to prep school after graduation but by the end of the summer came back to attend juco.

It wasn't a good situation at the prep school, he's much happier with the situation at Barton.

Eddie Hunt was suspended for the 1/14/15 game at Hutch due to leaving the bench during a fight at the conclusion of the Seward game. Cannot find the details right now. Here are Eddie's stats through yesterday.
