In this interview he starts talking about recruitment at about the 2 minute mark. At approximately the 6 minute mark, he describes what he is looking for in a college coach. I don't know if he realizes it, but he gives a very good description of Gregg Marshall. Earlier in the interview he references the importance of defense for the college team that he wants to be a part of.
