Armstead is a good comparison, I was actually thinking Tekele Cotton when I was watching it. Seems like he is stronger than he is quick. Dribbling skills not really on display on this footage, mainly just drives to the basket and some 3 pointers.

Comparisons to Armstead are warranted. I always thought of MA as a grown ass man handling the team. Pointer has nearly the same look at 18 years old.

Different recruiting boards that I've seen have Pointer listed from 6'0-6"2 and 185-200. I don't know for sure how tall he is but he is pretty well put together. He reminds me a little of a younger Tekele Cotton (not his playing style) by the way he is built.
