Interesting. 6'4" guard who played 28 mpg and second on the team at 12.5 points, yet, shot .091 from 3pt (1-11), .671 FT, and .395 FG. Did see where he was 1st on the team with 2.9 assists per game (and 1st with 3.9 TOs).

Those shooting numbers were pretty remarkable, and a little surprising, because WSU seems with its guards these days to put something of a premium on the ability to shoot, especially from three point range. Is Saddler a great defensive player? If not, it seems an odd and unlikely match.

I understand what you mean @WSUwatcher:, but I think "pretty underwhelming" says it better. Even if Tevon is a Cotton-like defender, he's far from Tekele's numbers shooting and, worse, turns the ball over 3+ times as much as Cotton with not much difference in assists.
