    Any idea who this guy is?

    Wichita state university just sent me a scholarship
    Based on his twitter profile he looks like a basketball player. Maybe what he meant was WSU sent him a letter? Awkward wording in the context of recruitment.

        Keep in mind it could also be an academic scholarship. WSU still offers those, too.
        You miss 100% of the shots you don't take....
