Trey Dickerson drawing interest from many schools after reopening recruitment: Wichita State, North Texas, Iowa, LSU, Southern Miss, Toledo.

He's a kid who committed to Murray State over Rutgers and Arkansas this summer, got on campus, then decided it wasn't a good fit and is now at Welliston (ND) State College (juco). So I assume he's a qualifier.

Yes. This is his freshman year and he was eligible to play when he left Murry State.

A lot of recruiting is about relationships, building them and maintaining them. There is little harm in keeping in contact with those relationships. An inquiry does not equal an offer.

And as Coach Marshall says, recruiting is like shaving, miss one day and you look like a bum.

Basically, you don't know what the future holds. Just because you don't have an open scholarship, doesn't mean you won't have one in a month, or two, or six. So you better have Plan B, or C, or D ready to go.
