Loyola and Xavier not having engineering degrees is probably a stumbling block for them getting O'Mara. It is the main reason I believe we may a shot at him.

Recruiting Services leaving the Shocks off the list
Trop, maybe you can answer this for me but why is it that the Shocks are left off the offer lists for most of the guys we are after. O'mara is a good example in that he has the shocks on his final list and yet half of the sites, espn being the biggest culprit, don't even have us offering.

It's not going to bother me if O'Mara ends up at Loyola. From what I've seen of Moser and Marshall, he's probbly a better fit with Moser's game than with Marshall's. I'm in favor of Loyola raising their recruiting level and becoming an upper-half team in the league.
About 90% of recruiting battles are lost. In the recruiting process there are many worse outcomes than losing O'Mara to a team you play 2 or 3 times a year, when that team needs to improve to become a challenge for your team. The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
