Joseph tweets he signed with Kilgore JC for a year and then is going to WSU or Wyoming.

If he has never been to wyoming he will be in for a little culture shock. I had some culture shock when I visited Laramie and I'm white, old and like country music to a degree. Hell I don't mind the rodeo once in a while either.
