This is probably Curtis Haywood Jr. Curtis Sr. played college ball at Oklahoma City, drafted by the Toronto Raptors and was a star in the USBL, CBA and other leagues for several years. Curtis Jr. has been with the strong Athletes First program in Oklahoma since at least 7th grade.
