He is a 6-2 freshman guard. Intriguing if we didn't have two young guards coming in. 3.8 turnovers per game, however.

        Torn on this kid.

        Pros:
Not adding to the heavy senior class
Got better as the year went on
        Good 3pt% (36.2)
        2 Steals per game
Other offers are comparable programs so we aren't digging too deep here

        So So:
        Below 40% from the field
        Decent FT% (77%)
Good Asst 3.6 (stuck in so so due to turnovers)

        Bad:
        3.8 TO per game .. ouch.. < 1 Asst/TO
Bad ORTG - Less than Bell, Beverly
Completely disappeared vs good teams (though a couple were really early for a freshman)
        • 0 pts vs texas, 3 TO (but 4 steals) in 8 min
        • 2 pts vs Penn state (1-6 from the field)
        • 9 pts vs Wake Forest (4-11 from the field, 6 asst, 5 TO)
        • 7 pts vs ECU (2-11 from the field)

Overall, would be a good pickup for potential growth if we weren't so heavy overall at guard right now. Between Cortes, Bell, Joy, TJ, Zion. Kid likely isn't better than Cortes or Bell, and might not be better than the Freshman. I hope this isn't a sign we have no confidence in McBride or Hill coming

I wonder if we are going to go more small ball next year. Seeing more guards than post players in the recruiting news

Go get the best Juco PG in the nation, then find the best available 6-7 or over player who looks like they’ve lifted a weight before and call it good.

All in favor the Juco PG. Marshall was very good at finding elite PGs in Juco

My initial reaction was pretty meh about him initially but in his last 15 games he really hit a new level & averaged 18 on 44/39.5/81.6 from the field getting almost 6 free throw attempts per. Still 3.6 assists to 4 TOs, I can’t speak for his decision making without actually watching him, but looking at the rest of the offensive numbers for Delaware State’s roster I could see a good argument for the negative A/TO being a product of his environment.

He's Yaxel Lendeborg's cousin, I wouldn't get my hopes up.

This guy does nothing for me. We're already a team with TO problems and this guy would only make that worse.

Against lower competition and he still had an insane amount of TOs.
