Ryan Gomes - Recruiting Update
Wichita State Shockers interest has fallen a little silent on Ryan Gomes (2016) lately. Gomes has transferred from Westminster High School located in Westminster, MD to Friends School of Baltimore where he's playing for legendary high school basketball coach Albert Holley. Gomes has picked up high-major interest from Kansas, Virginia Tech, and Maryland over the 2013 Summer and mid-major interest has elevated from Northeastern, George Mason, Colgate, and Radford. Maryland assistant Bino Ranson was in attendance at practice a week or so ago to watch the 6'9.5" PF practice. Gomes' stock must be on the rise as North Carolina has recently began making inquiries about the rising sophomore.
