Bowles is a native of Tennessee and is transfering to the Florida school for his senior year. He was recruited by Chatanooga, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Middle Tennessee State, Murray State, UNC Wilmington and Penn State before his commitment to UCF. He is a Rivals' three star.In the fast lane
