I had a hard time picking up what he said in this video interview, but it sounded like Colorado, Arizona State and Wake Forest stand out at the present time to Perkins. However, he remains open.

Scout has Perkins as #30 in the 2014 class and his offer list reflects it. The Shockers have offered along with Arizona, Arizona St, Colorado, Florida State, Georgetown, Gonzanga, Houston, KU, K-St, Minnesota, Nebraksa, Northern Colorado, San Diego St, San Francisco and Wake Forest. Duke and Stanford have interest.

He will cut his list to 5 in January.

Nebraska apparently hasn't either, only Nebraksa.

Perkins cut his list to ten some time ago. The Shockers were not included. He recently annonced a new UCLA offer so it appears his list might be expanding.

It's safe to say WSU is not in the mix but for those who wan t to know, here is an update. Once again the list seems to be expanding with a USC offer. He will attend Huntington Prep next year but I expect he will sign with a school out West. He will be taking an offical to Gonzaga. If Tad Boyle can keep him in Colorado I'll be shocked.

Looks like it's as official as it gets, he has definitely ruled WSU out at this juncture and it could be that Gonzaga has a good chance to land him if he does indeed want to stay out west.
