This would be a perfect one year fit for us. Currently, we have Adibbe as a starter at the 4 without any of his play showing he's ready for 20 minutes a game, after being pretty much an end of game mop up player. He thinks of himself as a perimeter player more than he should, and while he showed some "flashes" of talent, he, for the most part has been unimpressive, and at times showed some "flashes" of bad play.

Boone can play physical, but he is long armed, very athletic and can run. 6'9 and 200lbs. He can play M/M defense on anyone, and could be a 3rd Center if necessary. I don't know if he was recruited by Paul Mills or Oral Roberts, but I think he is from Oklahoma, so I would guess he has been.

He is from Tulsa, and had an ORU offer. I think he only had a handful of D1 offers out of HS.

I don't know if OSU has recruited over him, if he was unhappy, or why he is leaving OSU, but since he only has one year remaining, I would think he is wanting minutes to play and not just looking for higher pay that he probably won't get. He's decent but not great.

I'm guessing he wants to play with his brother as well. I'd take them both.

His game log this season is interesting. Like Stickboy said, he had some monster conference games. But in three combined NIT games he played 36 minutes, scored 12 points with 6 rebounds. And it wasn't due to foul trouble. Anyway, he would be a good 1-year guy to give Abidde another year of coming off the bench.
