Are we sure that's a correct date .. all of those offers are listed on 12/29. Probably a system update to 2024 made them all change to that date. 247 still shows offer Oct 2022.

Outside of Penn state .. that's a really rough offer list too

I am extremely confused by his top 100-150 rating .. and the actual offers on the table. Something doesn't match up there when looking at other players in that range.

It's not the norm, but it's also not uncommon for some highly rated guys from these services not to have the offers you might expect.

With that said, 247 doesn't list him on their list and ESPN hasn't even graded him. So who knows what to think in that regard. I'm guessing he's athletic with potential/upside and some services are valuing that at a higher level than others.

I've seen top 100 guys from time to time that have no offers from teams/conferences you would expect to see. Sometimes there may be academic or attitude issues that push some teams away despite the talent. That does happen.

Lower level programs are going to have more opportunities with higher ranking HS players. The high majors are going to look for proven players from the portal and will likely only recruit elite HS talent.
