    It appears the Illinois trip will be an unofficial visit as will ones to Syracuse and Drexel. Providence and Rhode Island will also be seen by Smith on September 1st.

    Dayshon Smith (Bronx, N.Y./Putnam Science Academy) is coming off a big summer and he has pushed his recruitment to the high-major level.A year ago, Smith was a slender scoring guard, best known for his ability to make shots in bunches from the 3-point line.

      9/22 update: visiting Dayton this weekend.

      10/4 update: Smith is expected to decide soon. Dayton is favored.
