In a recent tweet Taylor Eldridge has noted that HCIB is in Atlanta and Tyson Waterman is camped out in North Carolina waiting for in person recruiting to begin this week.

All this means to me is that they have offered a player a scholarship. Like 15 other schools have done for the same player. Target means something more than just offering a player a scholarship. I am sure Coach Brown and his staff have players they have targeted that they rate more highly on their want list than every player they offer a scholarship. And that is information they will not be sharing with us. LOL
