  • Collin Hart -- 2012 combo

Rumor has it that WSU has signed Collin Hart, a 5-11 combo guard from here in San Marcos. He is purported to have NBA range from three-point land and is listed as a sleeper in the Texas class of 2012.
“The rebellion on the populist right against the results of the 2020 election was partly a cynical, knowing effort by political operators and their hype men in the media to steal an election or at least get rich trying. But it was also the tragic consequence of the informational malnourishment so badly afflicting the nation. ... Americans gorge themselves daily on empty informational calories, indulging their sugar fixes of self-affirming half-truths and even outright lies.'

TexasHoops has him ranked around #120. He has been scoring lots of points this season. Maybe a walk on?

Sounds like a walk-on to me, ala Nick Rogers and the kid who redshirted last year but left over the summer.

My dad was down in SM for the baseball last weekend and said someone saw his WSU shirt and started talking to him, and told him his best friend's younger brother was going to play point guard at WSU next year, and said his last name was Hart. FWIW he talked very highly of him and said he's started 4 years at PG in high school.

Is this without the help of Shockernation? Collin is doing very well in the first round of the 3 point contest.

Maybe another come here and walk-on, redshirt, and then we'll see what happens sort of deal?

ESPNHS Boys' Basketball: Players of the Week

                          http://espn.go.com/blog/high-school/boys-basketball/category/_/name/players-of-the-week

Collin Hart, San Marcos (San Marcos, Texas)

Perhaps the main reason for San Marcos entering a tournament this week with a 14-3 record has been the play of Hart, a 5-foot-9 senior point guard. In his last two games before the Christmas break, Hart led the Rattlers to wins of 93-67 against Killeen (Killeen, Texas) and 64-59 against Smithson Valley (Spring Branch, Texas). Hart had 37 points and six assists and 34 points with four assists in the two respective outings. He has been averaging 27.2 points per game.
"I not sure that I've ever been around a more competitive player or young man than Fred VanVleet. I like to win more than 99.9% of the people in this world, but he may top me." -- Gregg Marshall 12/23/13 :peaceful:

Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".

A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."

Another Hannah or Rags? After all, we have done pretty darn well with small PG up to this point.
