I've been trying to get confirmation from Joe of WSU being Wichita State but haven't heard from him. Good chance it's the Shockers. Skal is from Haiti and is a freshman sensation out of the Memphis area. He plays for Evangelical Christian School in Cordova, Tennessee. He can catch, jump and really shoot it. It would not be a surprise for him to end up a top 10 recruit.
