Lots of common denominators between he and our team.

For a guard, he sure has size. He has the chest of a linbacker.

With Greg Heiar, sure we do. However, I don't think we are going after at this time.

I do believe Chris Jans was probably at the Chipola-Northwest Florida game on Tuesday. So we are aware I'm sure. Didn't put the calculator to his stats but looks a little low on FG %. They list him as a Freshman so there 's time. I've always thought Neiko Hunter, if anybody on that team would be the one to interest the Shockers. He is a facebook friend of staff but I don't see him being a Shocker.

Trency Jackson (who the link is about) did make the all-conference team along with other Northwest players, including Hunter who I have mentioned. The jewel at Northwest Florida is Chris Jones, a 5-10 freshman pg who orginally signed with Tennessee. He was named all-conference player of the year and averaged around 18 points a game this year. He was in Rival's top 50 last year and is facebook friends with Henry Uwadiae and Oshon West.

According to Eric Bossi we have offered Trency Jackson. It sounds like he's a qualifier with 3 years left.

Wonder how this affects the Nick Wiggins situation? Maybe we don't feel very good about his commitment and
                Jackson is the backup?

Are we sure this isn't old news?

The article said Marshall was watching so we must be in the hunt. Lots of good offers for him.

How many guards do we need?

It doesn't hurt to watch, and a few of them will likely spend one more year at the JUCO level.

Makes sense now, he originally signed and attended Southern Miss. Greg Heiar and him probably have a relationship.
