ECU needs all the help they can get. They are likely to be a bottom 50 team in the country next year. I don't think they have signed anyone of note after losing all their good pieces.
They do have a transfer from Boston College coming in, Wynston Tabbs, who should be pretty decent. They also have a couple of 3* recruits if I remember correctly. They definitely lack quality forwards though.
